  • Q: Are all the gowns on the website available for Rental?
  • A: All gowns under "Gowns for Rental" are available for Rent. Only some designs under "Tailor Gowns" are available for rental.
    However, the color and size might not be the same. For gown rental, you can only choose off-the-rack from what is available.
    We do not provide the catalog for gown rental. Please visit our boutique to view the gowns.

  • Q: For gown rental, do you do alterations?
  • A: The quoted rental price only includes minor alterations. We charge separately for major alterations depending on the fabrics and what needs to be altered.
    Wedding gowns alterations are common however, we do not reccommend alterations for Evening Gown Rental.

  • Q: If I am uncomfortable buying the gowns online, what should I do?
  • A: You can visit our boutique and have your measurements taken by us. Regular price applies and we provide post-alteration if it does not fit.

  • Q : Do I need to fix an appointment to view the gowns?
  • A : No, you can visit our boutique directly at Golden Landmark Shopping Center, 390 Victoria St #01-35 (directly opp. Raffles Hospital Bugis Main Entrance).

  • Q: How much deposit do I need to pay?
  • A: S$100 for Evening gowns and Cocktail dresses which will be refunded upon returning in good conditions.

  • Q : Do you rent plus-size gowns and dresses?
  • A : At the moment we have sizes from UK 0 to 16 for Evening gowns and UK 0 to 10 for Cocktail dresses.

  • Q : How long can I rent the gown?
  • A : The price stated is for 3 (three) days. Rental Price for 1-3 days is the same. Special arrangements are welcome.

  • Q : Do I have to dry-clean the gown before returning?
  • A : No, we will do the dry-cleaning for free.

  • Q: What is considered in Good Conditions?
  • A: No tears, no stains, no discolorations, no pulls. Otherwise, deposit will be forfeited.

  • Q : I wish to tailor make a gown. How long does it take to complete?
  • A : 2-8 weeks depends on the style and complexity of the gown.

  • Q : Do you have special price for bulk purchases or rental?
